These terms govern access to and use of the Seelab platform and associated services (subscription, modeling, managed services).

2. Account & access

Access requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out through your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Services are offered as subscriptions and/or engagements. Prices and terms are specified at the time of subscription.

4. Ownership & usage rights

You retain ownership of your assets. You hold the usage rights to visuals generated from your own content and models.

5. Data & privacy

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Your models remain exclusive and are never shared.

6. Liability

Seelab makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Its liability is limited as provided by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
